Who we are

Resulthree, based in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site.

For anything related to your data, write to us on WhatsApp or on Instagram at @resulthree.

What we collect

What you give us in the form. Name, email, phone, and your company details: legal name, tax ID, website or Instagram, industry, who you sell to, approximate monthly revenue, ad spend, budget and what you want to solve.

What is collected automatically as you browse. IP address, browser and device, pages visited, time on each one, and where you came from (an ad, for example).

What the advertising tools capture. Meta and Google use cookies and similar technologies on this site. Meta's tool may also match the email, name and phone you type into the form with your Facebook or Instagram account, to measure whether an ad worked. That is done by Meta's own tool with the settings enabled on our advertising account.

What we use it for

To reply to you and work out whether we can work together. Nothing else.

Specifically: to look at your company before the first meeting, to write to you, and —if we move forward— to put together a proposal. We also use aggregated data to understand which ads work and which do not.

We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not use it to send you third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the tools we need to do the work:

HighLevel — where we keep contacts and write to you from. Servers in the United States.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google — to measure whether our ads bring enquiries. Servers in the United States.

Hostinger — where this site lives.

Each has its own privacy policy and retention periods, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

While there is an open commercial conversation or a working relationship, and for up to two years after the last contact.

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data of yours we hold, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will sort it out.

You do not need to explain why.

If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses Meta and Google cookies to measure advertising, and stores one preference in your browser: the language you chose. Nothing else.

You can block cookies from your browser settings. The site keeps working; the only thing that changes is that we will not know whether an ad brought you here.

If something changes

If we update this policy we change the date above. If the change is significant, we will say so.
